I am having a difficult time googling up the original HuffPost article on this -- but last I was able to find it was about three months ago.

It is HEARTENING to see that in the last 24 hours, the TOP search terms used to find this blog ALL involve either John or Lee Eastman (Tennessee Williams' attorneys in NYC, John being Paul McCartney's first brother-in-law -- and until a year ago, managed the HUGE McCartney Financial Empire!!!), and the allegations that John Eastman AUTHORIZED the murder of John Lennon -- and then (with the MAJOR HELP of the Episcopal Church and their Seminary at Sewanee -- aka The University of the South), authorized the MURDER of Tennessee Williams as well, later successfully overturning the codicil to TW's will, which was FIRST suggested to him by Jackie Kennedy Onassis at Jean Stein and George Plimpton's party for my boss on January 11, 1982.
Ironically, Jackie thought the codicil would save Tennessee from being murdered, but even SHE was not privy to the ENORMITY of the NAZI conspiracy in which my own mother, Ruth Anne (Meyer) Kenan -- proven to have been Dick Cheney's chief liaison with the last THREE Popes (if you don't count John Paul I, whom Mom helped set up to be murdered), had been SO INSTRUMENTAL in bringing to the SUCCESS IT ENJOYS TODAY -- but is FALLING FASTER and FASTER, now!!!
It was Schuyler "Skye" Wyatt, the LAST of those who were bribed by a "high-placed Republican serving in the Tennessee State legislature", who spilled the beans to both ME and John Uecker about WHO paid him and Gary Tucker to claim TW was incompetent when he signed the codicil. Tennessee's maid, Leoncia McGee (whom Ernest Hemingway had "bequeathed" to Tennessee Williams because she had been PERFECTLY DISCRETE and never gave away all Hemingway's homosexual trysts at his Key West house -- the direct quote of Mr. Williams on this subject that I recall best was, "Oh, he (Hemingway) always treated me with deference -- told me one time, 'You know -- I'm just like you . . .'"
Maria St. Just (nee Britneva), one of the THREE top conspirators in Tennessee Williams' death with John Eastman and Sewanee's top legal council, arranged for Leoncia to get a stipend until her death because she was BY LAW not allowed to receive the one Tennessee had left her in the Codicil -- which she had WITNESSED. THAT error WAS real!!!
Leoncia was COMPELLED (Tennessee had GIVEN her her home, but she had no savings or income save Social Security), to LIE IN SUPPORT OF THE SEWANEE/EPISCOPAL CHURCH/Republican Party PLOT to STEAL Tennessee's estate from Harvard University -- and given Harvard's WEAK RESPONSE at that time I MUST conclude they PAID OFF HARVARD'S LEGAL DEPARTMENT THEN!!!

I NO LONGER blame John Uecker for the murder of Tennessee Williams by smothering him with a pillow. I still believe this is what happened, but ALL THINGS CONSIDERED -- and I have NOT yet contacted Victor Campbell, Tennessee Williams' lover and "secretary" for about seven years (before me, and I never had sex with Tom) -- Victor, John Uecker, and I are the ONLY THREE PEOPLE I feel certain actually LOVED Tennessee Williams (who were part of his life "at home" and are still alive) -- and John's assistance to Tennessee Williams WAS PROBABLY AT TOM's REQUEST!!!
If anything, it was a mercy killing.
That said, John Uecker really DID tell me he sometimes "channelled" Maria St. Just (BEFORE she died -- he never mentioned anything about afterward), and he DID believe in Maria's "revisionist" Tennessee Williams intentions, although JOHN, unlike Maria, did NOT support removing from the record all evidence or interpretation that Tennessee Williams was gay.
Do you see, now, WHY John Uecker (when he edited the incomplete ms of IN MASKS OUTRAGEOUS AND AUSTERE), told me he EDITED THE CHARACTER BASED ON ME OUT -- and he fully acknowledged that the character Mac (a tall, mute black man who silently observes everything), was based on me -- so did the play's producer and director???
My character added too much PANDEMONIUM, was what John claimed to me in late 2009. John was TOTALLY of the mind then that Tennessee's work needed to be EDITED so that it was more SIMPLE-MINDED, which played DIRECTLY into the plans of Maria St. just (ghost or not). And Sewanee loved it too -- that's why they authorized such a DOG OF A PRODUCTION that took its WEBSITE DOWN less than a year after the play opened.
EVEN THEY WERE EMBARRASSED BY IT!!!

Well, it's all water over the dam now, and NOW the task remains to decide a SANE and EQUITABLE way to settle all these matters. The value of Tennessee Williams' intellectual property will only INCREASE, so this can NOT be swept under the rug.
I have NO POSITION on how the proceeds of royalties should be divied up, but MUST INSIST that Sewanee NO LONGER CONTROL THE RIGHTS!!!
And I still stand by my favorable comments about Mr. Uecker. I was raised Catholic and still honor the catholic values I learned there. I don't know how Mr. Uecker was raised, but we ALL are haunted by our upbringing -- until we face it HONESTLY and then chase all those ghosts out into the LIGHT!!!
